At WorldWild, every garment is thoughtfully made to order to reduce waste and create clothing with intention rather than excess. We hope you'll love your piece, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
We're always happy to help with sizing before and after your purchase. If you're unsure about fit before placing your order, or if you need a different size once it arrives, simply reach out - we'll do our best to help you find the right solution, including an exchange whenever possible.
Exchanges
Finding the perfect fit is important to us.
If you'd like a different size or wish to exchange your garment for another available item, we're happy to help wherever possible. Simply contact us at hello@worldwild.eu, and we'll guide you through the exchange process.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the original item unless the exchange is required due to an error on our part.
We recommend contacting us before returning your order so we can help you find the best solution.
Returning Your Order
If you are shopping from the European Union, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@worldwild.eu within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

Be returned in its original condition with all original tags attached.

Be returned within the approved return period.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to WorldWild.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed using your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item, in accordance with applicable law.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable where permitted by applicable law.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We'll make it right as quickly as possible by offering a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate. In these cases, WorldWild will cover all shipping costs.
Custom-Sized Garments
Garments made to your individual measurements or customized specifically for you are created exclusively for your order.
For this reason, custom-sized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or were produced incorrectly.
Sale Items
Sale items may only be returned if required by applicable consumer law.
